Do you smile when it rains?

I used to be elated when it rains in Singapore as the rain cools down the warm temperature over there but now that I am in London, it is really hard to be happy about it when the cold is unbearable and the rain just makes it more pathetic to be outside.t So maybe when I am in the comfort of my home, I smile when it rains. How about you, do you smile or frown when it rains?
