Foo Chuk (pronouced as full-choke) is a sweet nutritious ginkgo barley dessert with foo-chuk (soya skin)

My loveable nan, knowing it is my favourite, made it for me over the weekend to make me feel gulity for not showing up last week. Since I have no idea how to make it, I did a search online and found a recipe by food-4tots. Give it a go, I am sure you will not be disappointed! :)

P.S: do remember to remove the "heart" of the gingko (it is bitter, so you need to remove it.)
