BVLGARI Mon Jasmin Noir

"inspired by Bulgari’s Mediterranean Eden theme: an imaginary place where history, fantasy, and dreams combine. A paradise immersed in warm amber light that transforms a classical 16th century Italian-style garden into an almost imaginary setting full of enchantment and seduction."^ Bulgari's latest scent featuring American actress, Kristin Dust sitting nude beside a lion at Villa Balbianello, a historical villa overlooking exquisite Lake Como, one of the most beautiful and deepest lakes in Italy, caught my attention. An undeniably picturesque campaign, it leaves me a magical, fantasy and surrealistic feel. Narnia? She’s a gorgeous, aristocrat enchantress with a pet lion, she’s fearless, powerful and her magic lies in that bottle she’s holding. (wait! A thought just strike me as I am typing this... is she in this ad as Kristin Dust or a more adult version of Marie Antoninette in the 2006 film?)

Many bloggers have blogged and reblogged (I'm one of them) photographs of this campaign and posted several behind the scene pictures, but what I am really interested to seen is the “making of this campaign” because, honestly, I can’t judge from the published photographs, can you? Is she really beside a real lion or a mock up? What do you think?
